Our Terms Of Use Agreement
Payment of our one time fee does not guarantee inclusion. Your approval will be based upon compliance with our simple guidelines indicated below. Once you submit your site and your listing has been approved and set in place, there are no additional fees or charges to keep it there for years and years to come.
All listing requests are subject to the stipulations indicated on the Resource Listing Application:
- If you have applied for "Free Inclusion" , a reciprocal link is required on the same domain for which you wish us to exchange links. In addition, a path from your home page to your resource page is required in those instances.
- A valid e-mail address must be provided.
- Only one resource request per domain is allowed for "Free " Inclusion.
- Multiple submissions are allowed per domain with "Express Inclusion", but not more than 1 submission per category.
- Sites which engage in or are affiliated with the following practices or ideas will be denied:
- adult drugs, gambling, tobacco, illegal drugs, alcohol, adult content, dating and match making, witchcraft, hate, cookie cutter sites that are just affiliate resource, sites with no content and sites that hide their resource(s) and/or resource page(s).
Failure to comply with these simple guidelines will lead to disapproval of your request. Your application fee will be refunded and you will not be allowed to request inclusion again.
We will provide up to 7 additional days for you to fix a problem we find. If the e-mail we send to inform you of this problem is undeliverable, your application will be denied without further effort on our part to find ways to contact you. To ensure this does not happen, Do Not use hotmail, yahoo, msn and other generic e-mail addresses since they often bounce back as "Mailbox Full" and this terminates the process of resolving any problem.
You will be notified of your Approval or Disapproval within 3 to 7 days of the date you submit your application. We reserve the right to refuse any Resource Application for any reason.
